Even more then attacking Cold Mountain Resort much focus by a group of ill-willed individuals have been given to Global Wealth Managers.
Global Wealth Managers has been involved with Cold Mountain Resort from day one providing the general resort concept (including name), architectural concept, land scouting, initial in-country consulting, and sales coordination. In the process of sales coordination, GWM brought in Arc Property. Many individuals who placed reservations at Cold Mountain came through Arc Property to GWM. GWM approved North Capital as the developer for this packaged PROJECT and continued to provide them project consultation as well as provide investors an on the ground perspective. Arc Property discriminated as to what message it passed along to investors that came through them as they continued to renegotiate their contract terms for increased benefits.
Through this time period GWM ensured that every sales and marketing deadline was met at Cold Mountain Resort.

On a global basis and no more the less at Cold Mountain Resort sales have been slow because of the global economic crisis. A handful of investors have chosen to attack the resort and Global Wealth Managers for these circumstances outside of it's control.

While there is no doubt that GWM and North Capital met every contractual requirement to clients, Global Wealth Managers no longer endorses Cold Mountain Resort as a good investment SAVE those who actually invested as per the terms of the contract that Global Wealth Managers negotiated for them.

GWM's loyalty remains to it's body of investors. North Capital has taken a drastically difference stance on terms offered to new investors and begun to accept consultation from parties that GWM believes are stearing it in a wrong direction.

For investors who invested early in Cold Mountain as per the terms of the pre-reservation agreement, we believe you got a great deal. Your exit strategy is selling to new local clients at completion -- for maximum profit.
For anyone considering investing in Cold Mountain at this point, other then because they want a personal vacation home there, we recommend NOT INVESTING at Cold Mountain as with the current entry prices your future profit potential will be very limited.

It was created in response to another blog which, controlled by parties with an agenda against the Resort, attempts to mislead readers about the facts.

Many individuals who have posted on that forum leaving positive comments about Cold Mountain and related parties have had their comments immediately deleted by the WebMaster.

While many of the parties participating in this smear campaign are too cowardly to give their real names, it is clear that much of the energy of this site comes from competition.

On this blog, we will provide a real on-the-ground perspective of Cold Mountain and allow users with positive comments a place to share them.
